What is the Snuzone Member Club? +
Snuzone's loyalty program offers you the opportunity to earn Pouch Points and save money by shopping with us or interacting with our brand. The Member Club is only available to registered customers and aims to reward your loyalty. After you earn enough points to redeem, you will save on every future order!
How do I become a member? +
If you have an account with us, you are already a member. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one for free.
How do I earn Pouch Points? +
There are many ways! You get points by simply joining the Snuzone Member Club. After that, you can earn points with every purchase you make. Also, if you interact with us on social media you will earn points. See our full list of earning opportunities above!
What reward can I exchange points for? +
Pouch Points can be redeemed as a discount on all Snuzone items. They can also be accumulated over time, so you can pay for your entire order with Pouch Points.
What happens if I return items? +
When items are refunded, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from the point balance.
I have performed an action but have not received any points? +
You need to perform the action through the portal on the Members Club page. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your points balance to be adjusted. If your balance is still not adjusted after this time, please contact our customer service info@snuzone.com who will be able to help you!
What do I get when I refer a friend? +
With a referral you will receive 10,000 Pouch Points from us. First sign up / log in, open the blue Member Club app in the bottom right corner, go to the "Refer a Friend" section, copy the link and send it to your friends. When one of your friends clicks on this link, he will receive a $10 discount on his first order. As soon as he has placed his order, you will automatically receive 10,000 Pouch Points! The more friends order from us, the more free Pouch Points you get.
I have two accounts but want to keep only one? +
No problem, contact us on our support page. - Enter both email addresses of your accounts. - Let us know which account you would like to have as your main account. We can transfer points from one account to another, but not an entire order.
